Roma Food offers first courses and other typical Roman specialities, reviewing the recipes every now and again to match the tastes of Berlin.
The Pasta comes from the artisan Italian pasta factory Leonardo Carassai of Campofilone, in the Marche region, where the manufacturing and processing of the pasta has a long tradition passed on through generations. Thanks to a careful selection of prime ingredients, to the bronze wire-drawing and to a low temperature and slow process of desiccation that goes on for more than 24 hours, the pasta gains a unique porous consistency, perfect for any type of sauce, meat or fish.
The high quality of the product has permitted the brand to participate in the EXPO2015 and share its products in various fairs and gastronomic events, both in Italy and elsewhere in Europe.
To cater to the Berlin scene, which is broad and varied, Roma Food decided to offer, together with the classic egg-based pasta (pasta all’uovo), a variety of BIO and VEGAN products.
